Bookings & Payments
All prices are shown in AED and are per person unless stated. Payments are processed securely via PayMob. A booking is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) is received.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by package and supplier and are shown before checkout. Flexible vouchers are valid for six months from purchase.
Visa Services
Visa application deposits cover our assistance and processing. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority.
